Monitor sequence and availability of salespersons to expediently route sales customers to sales consultants.
Maintain and submit daily, weekly, monthly status reports.
Perform other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional telephone etiquette.
Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Building rapport and tracking customers and all prospecting clients via (phone calls, emails, walk-in, appointment, etc.)
Conduct sales of vehicles by following the sales and appraisal process while working with Finance Managers.
Follow dealership procedures with prospects to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our current vehicle inventory, participate in opportunities and programs to deliver strong product knowledge.
Lead by example, be approachable and professional to all guest and associates

Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area and customer waiting area.
Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages

Qualifications
