Responsibilities
Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures concerning customer handling, closing the sale and delivery procedures.
Prospect to increase sales volume.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Qualification
Post-secondary diploma/degree.
Previous automotive sales experience.
Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's license.
Current registration as a salesperson under the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
Passionate about guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Perform vehicle oil changes and lubrication service following the procedure as instructed.
Perform minor repairs following procedures as instructed by the shop foreman.
Maintain an inventory of normal tools needed to perform the work for which the technician's assistant is trained for.
Perform vehicle clean ups, customer pick up and drop offs, vehicle deliveries, etc.
Qualifications
A valid Ontario class "G" driver's license.
Automotive experience is an asset
