Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Assist Sales Manager in training and supporting sales floor staff in deal logistics & pricing
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Ensure sales employees perform duties as described in job guidelines and report any issues or concerns with the Sales Manager.
Perform administrative tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative role, within an automotive dealership environment
Great worth ethic with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent coaching and team-building skills
Professional customer service background
Ability to multitask in a pressurized deadline driven environment

Responsibilities
Perform vehicle oil changes and lubrication service following the procedure as instructed.
Perform minor repairs following the procedure as instructed by the shop foreman.
Maintain an inventory of normal tools needed to perform the work for which the technician's assistant is trained for.

Responsibilities
Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures concerning customer handling, closing the sale and delivery procedures.
Ensure that all customers and potential sales customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment (2 years)
Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's license.
Current registration as a salesperson under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act.

Diagnose vehicle malfunctions as required.

Qualifications
You are highly skilled with a technical and mechanical aptitude
Licensed to work as a vehicle repair technician in Ontario and registered with the Ontario College of Trades
A valid Ontario Class G Drivers’ License is required
Strong organizational and time management skills along with an attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Strong computer skills
3-5 years of automotive technician experience is an asset.
