Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures with the prospect to increase sales volume.
Ensure all customers and potential sales customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our current vehicle inventory and deliver strong product knowledge.
Perform high quality and professional vehicle demonstrations for customers.
Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management
Qualification:
Previous automotive sales experience
Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s license
Valid OMVIC license
Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
Passionate about guest satisfaction

Greet and record each person entering the showroom and route them to the appropriate party.
Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assess their needs and answer their inquiries or guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member
Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area and customer waiting area.
Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages
Completing reports etc. as requested by management.
Perform other admin duties as required/requested by management.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional telephone etiquette.
Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Adapt to changing situations and maintain composure at all times.

Primary Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate customer and vehicle processing, providing estimates of cost and time to complete and follow through to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and maintain their loyalty to the dealership.
Assist customers in picking up vehicles and note any problems that they have so that the appointment for correction of a problem can be scheduled.
Explain service work including next maintenance requirements to customers as required.
Notify customers when backorder parts become available.
Check and review work in process and open R.O.’s to see that all work is being performed properly and time schedule is being met, as required.
Diagnose the specific customer problems accurately and describe clearly on repair orders.
Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a service advisor role, within the automotive dealership environment
3-5 years of customer service experience.
Strong working knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds
Exceptional communication skills
Valid Class G Driver's License
