Responsibilities:

Represent the company with a professional and appropriate customer service mannerisms at all times.
Delivering and picking up all orders in an efficient and timely manner, and helping out in the warehouse when needed.
Following directions of dispatch for delivery runs- receive and relay key information accurately and report any unusual delays, problems with deliveries or ask questions.
Collect payments for goods, ensuring signatures are received and the proper paperwork is submitted properly in legible form.
Transport and handle parts, including loading and unloading of products.
Adhere to all security and safety requirements and perform pre-trip inspections of company vehicles.
Any other tasks that are required by management.
Qualifications:

Valid G Driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, required numerous times a day moving products

Responsibilities:

Perform work on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, while complying with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Ensuring all warranty repairs are completed as required by the manufacturer and sufficient documentation exists to support the warranty claim.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and / or Parts Department to confirm availability of parts needed to complete work orders.
Perform Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inspections on used vehicles and complete all necessary and approved work
Perform installation of accessories, PDI inspections (as required) and diagnose and repair any faults on new and used vehicles
Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure the quality of repair
Stay up-to-date with technical skills and attend training courses / classes as required
Maintain compliance with regulations, such as safety requirements (including proper use of protective equipment), hazardous waste disposal, Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and all other policies, porcesses and procedures as required.
Qualifications:

Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S)
A valid Ontario Class G Drivers’ License

Primary Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate customer and vehicle processing, providing estimates of cost and time to complete and follow through to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and maintain their loyalty to the dealership.
Assist customers in picking up vehicles and note any problems that they have so that the appointment for correction of a problem can be scheduled.
Explain service work including next maintenance requirements to customers as required.
Notify customers when backorder parts become available.
Check and review work in process and open R.O.’s to see that all work is being performed properly and time schedule is being met, as required.
Diagnose the specific customer problems accurately and describe clearly on repair orders.
Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a service advisor role, within the automotive dealership environment is an asset
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Exceptional communication skills
Valid Class G Driver's License
Pay Rate:

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum
