Service Receptionist

Overview

Don Valley North Lexus, a division of Weins Canada Inc is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist in the service department. We are looking for a passionate, customer-driven and career-minded individuals with an attention to detail who takes pride in a job well done. This is a permanent part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries professionally.
• All customer contacts are to be handled in a polite and efficient manner
• Electronically schedule service appointments. 
• Obtain all the relevant information from each customer, including name, phone number, vehicle model and service required and record it on the appointment scheduling system
• Maintain appointment booking targets as set for each team daily and report to Service Manager
• Other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
