Automotive Financial Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Ability to present and sell aftermarket items (warranties, insurance, etc.)
• Ability to pursue all financing options in an effort to meet the needs of all customers.
• Set goals and strategies to meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual forecasts.
• Focus on both customer and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive Financial Services/Business Office experience is required.
• Previous Reynolds & Reynolds experience an asset.
• Valid OMVIC License (or ability to obtain).
• Class G Driver's License.
