Mississauga Honda, a division within Weins Canada is currently recruiting a Warranty Administrator to join our successful and dynamic team. Weins Canada is an automotive group proudly owning 13 dealerships across the GTA.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, as the repair orders are turned in for processing.
  • Review and process all returned/rejected, adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution.
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with the manufacturer’s representative.
  • Maintain in a record or all claims submitted, returned/rejected or paid with their current status.
  • Report any abused or possible fraudulent manipulation of warranty claims or repairs to department management.
  • Monitor the use of special warranty programs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, warranty role, within an automotive dealership environment
  • Great worth ethic with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree
