Assistant to Pre-Owned Sales Manager (Administrative Assistant)

Lexus of Richmond Hill, a division within Weins Canada is currently recruiting an Assistant Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our successful and dynamic team. Weins Canada is an automotive group proudly owning 13 dealerships across the GTA.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks to assist the pre-owned sales manager. 
  • Stock in vehicles into the system, reconditioning list, inventory list, and pricing charts.
  • Generate reports for management on a daily basis.
  • Audit all the vehicles advertised on Auto Trader.
  • Keep track of all the vehicles sold on a daily basis.
  • Communicate and schedule appointments with product advisors and third-party vendors.
  • Perform appraisals on vehicles.
  • Other duties requested by management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Administrative experience is an asset. 
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License.
  • Valid OMVIC License.
  • Working knowledge of Reynolds software systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver exceptional quality.
