Mercedes-Benz Barrie, a division within Weins Canada is currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our successful team in the service department. Primary Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with all warranty policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with the distributor warranty administration representatives.
  • Produce and review warranty acceptance reports on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring and follow up of processed claims.
  • Report payment discrepancies to the Service Manager
  • Review all warranty claim RO's for accuracy and legibility. Follow up on non-complying RO's with the Service Advisor.
  • Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of or the ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
