Financial Service Manager -Subprime (Weins Canada Inc.)

Weins Canada Inc. is currently recruiting an experienced Subprime Financial Service Manager to join our growing team with opportunities to sell from 13 dealerships of inventory. The candidate must have experience and must be willing to travel to our dealerships located in Markham, Whitby, Oakville, Mississauga & Barrie.

Responsibilities:

• A commitment to outstanding customer experience and satisfaction.
• Knowledge and understanding of subprime automotive sales process.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with the automotive finance process.
• Handle outbound leads and inbound telephone inquiries quickly, courteously and expeditiously.
• Ensure all work performed is thorough, accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to pursue all outbound leads in an effort to meet the needs of all customers.
• Ability to obtain approvals for declined deals from all 13 of our locations.
• Qualify and present vehicle options to each contact.
• Assist customers thoroughly during the entire sales process.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Valid OMVIC License (or ability to obtain).
• Ontario Class G Driver's License.
• Experience with Sub Prime required.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to learn new systems and products quickly.
• Prior experience in sales an asset.
• Must have  exceptional reporting and tracking capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
