Audi Oakville, a division of Weins Canada, is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Financial Services Manager to join our successful team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all transactions.  
  • Learn and maintain product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programs.
  • Assist with planning sales and growth targets.
  • Attend sponsored training classes as scheduled.
  • Determine optimal customer financing needs and present a product menu to the customer that outlines financing options as well as products and services to enhance their vehicle ownership experience
  • Ability to present and sell aftermarket items (warranties, insurance, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain strong and professional working relationships with finance companies and banks.
  • Ensure that all sales customers and potential sales customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Conduct all sales in strict compliance with all OMVIC regulations, provincial and federal laws
  • Coordinate all daily deliveries of sold units with Sales and Service staff and with customers. Prepare all documentation for final delivery. Ensure that all related administrative processes are handled with accuracy, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Participate as a valued member of the Sales Team by training and liaising with Sales Consultants/Managers on finance and leasing options and other Business Office products and services
  • Provide maximum sales customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Automotive Financial Services/Business Office experience is preferred.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced team-based environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent multi tasking and organizational skills.
  • Focus on both customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented, aptitude for numbers, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient with MS Suites
  • Dealer related systems experience is an asset (Reynolds/Reynolds, PBS, SymTech)
  • Valid OMVIC license
  • Valid G Driver’s license
