What You'll Be Doing

As an experienced Detailer, you will:

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Apply paint protection, polishing, buffing, and shampooing as required
• Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support your teammates in maintaining high reconditioning standards
• Communicate any concerns regarding vehicle condition or timelines

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who is:

• Experienced: You have at least 1 year of automotive detailing experience
• Detail-oriented: You take pride in high-quality work and never cut corners
• Self-motivated: You take initiative, follow through, and care about results
• Safety-focused: You follow procedures and prioritize safe work practices
• Reliable & professional: You’re punctual, trustworthy, and work well in a team
• Licensed: You have a valid Ontario Class G driver’s license

Nice to Have (but Not Required)

• Experience with ceramic coatings, paint correction, or high-end detailing
• Familiarity with detailing tools and products (steam cleaners, polishers, extractors)
• Certification in automotive detailing or reconditioning
