This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and is responsible for providing our customers with an expectational experience while attending our dealership.

Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor
Assess guest needs and guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member
Routing customers to Sales Consultants without delay, while ensuring that all sales representatives receive a fair rotation of sales prospects and clients
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area
Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages
Completing reports etc. as requested by management
Perform other duties as required/requested by management
Qualifications:
Our receptionist is the face of our dealership to our guests and must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the company
Strong communication skills and some data entry skills are required
Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task will ensure you succeed in this role
Previous Reception and/or Customer Service experience an asset
