Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver's Abstract
Valid OMVIC License (or ability to obtain)

Secure the following required documentation from the customer prior to delivery: insurance confirmation, void cheque or pre-authorized payment form; articles of incorporation (if a company); third party payment form; copy of drivers’ licenses
Pre-Delivery: Coordinate all pre-delivery vehicle prep work to ensure the vehicle is in perfect condition prior to customer delivery
Post-Delivery: Complete a full product presentation with the customer, reviewing the operation of the vehicle and highlighting key features and benefits
Provide an orientation tour of our service and parts department for new customers, and schedule their first service appointment
Review post-sale Customer Satisfaction Index (and social media review) form and complete follow-up Customer Satisfaction calls and letters after vehicle delivery

Responsibilities:

Keep all vehicles and parking lot in a clean, well maintained, and orderly condition at all times
Prepare vehicles for delivery (including but not limited to - washing vehicles, fueling and changing plates, etc.)
Assist with dealer trades, or other tasks as requested by management
General duties as requested by management
Assist with special events as required
Qualifications:

Valid Class G Ontario Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
Hardworking and organized, and able to work in outdoor conditions year-round
Ability to provide meticulous work, and take pride in doing a job well done
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Exceptional time management skills with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Perform work on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, while complying with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Ensuring all warranty repairs are completed as required by the manufacturer and sufficient documentation exists to support the warranty claim.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and / or Parts Department to confirm availability of parts needed to complete work orders.
Perform Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inspections on used vehicles and complete all necessary and approved work
Perform installation of accessories, PDI inspections (as required) and diagnose and repair any faults on new and used vehicles
Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure the quality of repair
Stay up-to-date with technical skills and attend training courses / classes as required
Maintain compliance with regulations, such as safety requirements (including proper use of protective equipment), hazardous waste disposal, Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and all other policies, porcesses and procedures as required.
Qualifications:

Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S)
A valid Ontario Class G Drivers’ License
Pay Rate: $34.20 to $41.00 Flat Rate Per Hour
