Job Overview
The Onboarding Administrator, reporting to the Manager of Attraction, Recruitment and Hiring will champion the Employer of Choice Brand and be the face of the organization within their assigned Divisions of WEINS Auto Group, executing the organizations talent strategies and achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; and advising managers. This is a contract position for 12 months.
You are participative and compassionate professional who will be a part of a team of likeminded individuals who specialize Attraction and Recruitment, HR and Health & Safety, Associate Engagement, Training and Performance Management.
The Onboarding Administrator is responsible for facilitating the hiring manager and orientation process of new employees. The onboarding administrator works closely with the talent acquisition, human resources team, the hiring managers, and the new hires to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The onboarding administrator also maintains and updates the employee records and databases.
