Receptionist

Weins Pre-Owned Centre, a division within Weins Canada Inc is currently seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser/Evening Receptionist to join our department. In this split role, you will be exposed to many of the key inner workings of a car dealership. 

We are looking for a passionate, customer-driven and career-minded individuals with an attention to detail who takes pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Take photos of vehicles to post online.
• Write vehicle descriptions for our inventory.
• Assist in stocking vehicles.
• Greet and record each person entering the showroom and route them to the appropriate party.
• Monitor sequence and availability of salespersons to expediently route sales customers to sales consultants. 
• Maintain and submit daily, weekly, monthly status reports.
• Perform other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Well versed in technology. Enjoys photography and writing creatively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional telephone etiquette.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain composure at all times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).
