Automotive General Manager (Thornhill Toyota)

Thornhill Toyota (a division of Weins Canada Inc.) is currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join our growing and dynamic automotive group in the GTA.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the General Manager will be responsible for executing the dealership’s business plan ultimately ensuring impactful leadership, growth in sales/service/parts operations, curating the overall client experience, and improving the financial performance of the dealership.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A proven track record for success in a General Manager role
• Demonstrated experience in guiding the attainment of sales and growth targets, profit levels, staffing expenses and inventory levels
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills with a proven track record of growing and developing teams
• A commitment and focus on employee and guest satisfaction
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software along with experience with Reynolds and Reynolds / CDK / 180 and other industry related tools (v-Auto, etc.)
• Post-Secondary Education (preferably with Dealership Management Training through NADA, Georgian College, etc.)
• A valid OMVIC and Driver’s License
