Part-Time Parts Runner (Parkway Honda)

Parkway Honda, a division of Weins Canada is seeking a highly motivated Parts Runner to join our team. Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to the dealership
• Coordinate orders with the Parts Manager for pick up from customers, satellite stores or vendors, parts department staff and/or the Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk
• Provide assistance/guidance with accessory and special order parts.
• Picking up and dropping off parts and other items that may be required by the company
• Picking internal and wholesale orders for respective departments, as required
• Shipping and Receiving duties as required.
• Organize orders for shipping or delivery purposes, or for daily pickup.
• Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts department maintaining organization at all times.
• Ensure deliveries are performed in a timely fashion and to the appropriate recipient

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience is an asset.
• Parts and technical knowledge is an asset.
• Experience with software systems including REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS is an asset
• Understanding of inventory management systems
• Analytical skills and ability to assess and resolve problems
