Don Valley North Hyundai is currently seeking a successful, enthusiastic, team-driven Sales Manager to help lead our New Vehicle Sales Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately desk and formulate new and used vehicle deals
  • Assist product advisors with completing and closing deals, as well as effective follow-up
  • Ensure sales team members are consistently following processes and procedures
  • Monitor the efforts and activities of the sales team to maintain consistent levels of productivity
  • Maintain and contribute to a professional working environment, and a positive atmosphere
  • Achieve various new and used targets and KPI’s while maintaining exceptional CSI
  • Assist in the implementation of monthly promotional strategies and sales-incentive programs
  • Assist with the management of inventory and merchandising initiatives
  • Promote and participate in ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
  • Motivate and guide sales team in setting and reaching sales targets on a short and long-term basis
  • Monitor and maintain the highest standards for the delivery of vehicles to the customers
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales is required
  • Previous experience with the Hyundai brand is an asset
  • 3-5 years in Automotive Dealership Sales Management
  • Strong sales and customer service background with a proven track record of success
  • Progressive coaching, mentoring and team-building skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Expert knowledge of applications such as: VAuto, DealerMine, Rapid Recon, PBS, AutoAlert, is an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Valid OMVIC license
  • Class G Driver’s license
