Automotive Licensing Clerk (Lexus of Richmond Hill)

Lexus of Richmond Hill, a division of Weins Canada Inc., is currently seeking a Licensing Clerk to join our successful team.

Responsibilities:

• Process paperwork for new, used, wholesale, and lease terminations.
• Maintain records, reports and inventory lists as required or requested
• Create and maintain documentation for vehicle files.
• Maintain vehicle register as per government and regulatory guidelines
• Co-ordinate licensing of vehicles, ownership transfers, etc. with the Ministry licensing office ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies
• Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience (automotive industry would be an asset)
• Exceptional communication skills and strong inter-personal skills
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word, etc)
• Previous experience with Reynolds and / or PBS dealership management systems an asset
