Don Valley North Lexus, a division within Weins Canada, is currently recruiting a highly motivated Guest Concierge/Service Support to join our successful service team. Weins Canada has built a reputation for success becoming one of the country's largest automotive groups that take pride in operating 14 and growing dealerships.

As a Guest Concierge/Service Support, your primary objective is providing a level of service that exceeds the guest's expectations. You will interact with the guest and the service department to ensure guest satisfaction and the highest degree of comfort. This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • ​Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor. 
  • Assess their needs and answer their inquiries or guide them to the appropriate dealership staff members, and escalating guest concerns to management.
  • Procuring fresh coffee and snacks as required while maintaining the tidiness and organization of the reception area and customer waiting area.
  • Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages.
  • Completing reports etc. as requested by management.
  • Perform other admin duties as required/requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • ​​Natural ability and commitment to engaging positively with people, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the dealership
  • Valid Driver's License with an excellent driving record
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
