Thornhill Toyota, a division of Weins Canada Inc., is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our successful team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post daily dealership cash deposit.
  • Code all payables invoices as required
  • Maintain payables records and ensure all invoices are paid on time.
  • Prepare payments for disbursements of payables and cheques.
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable
  • Assisting with other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting
  • Previous dealership Accounting experience
  • Experience working with the PBS Dealership Management System is an asset
  • Experience with general and deals accounting required. 
  • Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
