We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and coachable Parts Counter Person to join the Don Valley North Lexus Parts Department. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to Kaizen—continuous improvement in everything we do. This role supports internal technicians and retail guests by accurately processing parts orders, providing pricing and availability, and maintaining an organized and efficient parts counter and inventory area. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset are essential. Previous automotive or Lexus experience is an asset but not required—we value the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to grow within a structured coaching and training environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently assist customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle.
  • Assist internal and external guests in a timely, efficient manner, while providing exceptional service.
  • Provide assistance/guidance with accessory and special order parts.
  • Assist with telephone inquiries.
  • Organize and fill orders out of stock.
  • Organize orders for shipping or delivery purposes, or for daily pickup.
  • Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts department maintaining organization at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of automotive parts experience is an asset.
  • Parts and technical knowledge required.
  • Understanding of inventory management systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to sell.
  • Analytical skills and ability to assess and resolve problems

Pay Rate: $19.30 / hour
