About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator (Front End Design) in a 1 Year Contract at Weins Auto Group. The role a hybrid creative and technical role focused on designing and building high-quality digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves design but also enjoys getting hands-on with front-end code. One day you might be designing and coding landing pages for active campaigns; the next, improving site performance, updating core pages, or supporting SEO-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Execution

  • Design digital assets including website pages, landing pages, and campaign creative
  • Create visually engaging layouts that align with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Design conversion-focused experiences with clear messaging, hierarchy, and CTA

Campaign & Ad Support

  • Support the Campaign Team with fast-turn creative for digital advertising and promotions
  • Design and build landing pages tied to active campaigns and paid media initiatives
  • Adapt and optimize creative for different formats, platforms, and screen sizes

Front-End Development & Website Updates

  • Translate designs into clean, functional, and accessible web experiences
  • Implement updates and improvements to existing site pages and templates
  • Test and troubleshoot front-end issues across browsers and devices

Website Optimization & SEO

  • Support ongoing website improvements focused on usability, structure, and performance
  • Apply SEO best practices to page layouts, content structure, and front-end code
  • Assist with site improvements that improve page speed, accessibility, and user experience

Additional Responsibilities

  • Inventory syndications
  • Lead routing/system management
  • CRM asset development/support

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong design foundation, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to turn designs into responsive, mobile-friendly pages
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
  • Understanding of how design, front-end structure, and page speed impact SEO and user experience
  • Experience using design tools such Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance fast-turn campaign work with longer-term website projects

Pay Rate: $50,000 per annum
