 Responsibilities:

  • Stock all WEINS Auto Group purchased units in Dealer Management System (DMS), liaising with accounting to ensure that all in-stock vehicles have an associated cost.
  • Request payment for vehicles as they are purchased, performing a lien check on all vehicles purchased from Wholesale and Private sources.
  • Arrange transportation for incoming vehicles, working with external and internal stakeholders to ensure vehicles are transported quickly.
  • Maintain the Garage Register in accordance with Provincial Regulations.
  • Track Vehicle Ownerships and follow-up on missing Ownerships as needed.
  • Complete all licensing forms as needed to transfer the Vehicle Ownership into the Purchasers name.
  • Prepare Wholesale Bills of Sale and distribute as directed.
  • Receipt funds in the DMS system for Wholesale Purchasers.
  • Open and close batches in Payment Terminal System.
  • Produce reporting, both scheduled and ad hoc as requested for all facets of Sales Operations including CSI Reporting, Inventory Reporting, Performance Reporting and CEC Sales Reporting
  • Track the Wholesale performance of all divisions
  • Consolidate sales performance of the Corp Wholesale Manager and other associates.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and able to multitask with efficiency.
  • Knowledge of the Ontario Vehicle Licencing program
  • Strong ability to utilize technology to simplify processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite of Products.
  • Ability to communicate well with other divisions, vendors, and third-party organizations.
