Automotive Sales Consultant (Don Valley North Toyota)

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures concerning customer handling, closing the sale and delivery procedures.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge, and participating in product training.
• Ensure that all customers and potential sales customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner.
• Prospect to increase sales volume.
• Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

Qualification

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of automotive sales experience is required
• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's license
• Ability to obtain OMVIC license 
• Passionate about guest satisfaction
