Automotive Parts Helper (Lexus of Richmond Hill)

Lexus of Richmond Hill, a division of Weins Canada, is seeking a highly motivated Parts Helper to join our team.

We are looking for a passionate, customer-driven, and career-minded individual with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently assist customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles.
• Provide assistance/guidance with accessory and special-order parts.
• Organize and fill orders out of stock. Prepare orders for shipping or delivery purposes, or for daily pickup.
• Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts department maintaining organization at all times.
• Assist with telephone inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist guests in a timely, efficient manner, while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership parts department role is an asset
• Parts and technical knowledge required.
• Experience with PBS is an asset
• Understanding of inventory management systems
• Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to sell.
• Analytical skills and ability to assess and resolve problems
• Valid Class G Driver’s license
