Don Valley North Lexus, a division of Weins Canada, is currently seeking an Assistant to Service Manager to join our successful and dynamic team. 

Please note that this role will be an administrative one by nature and in addition to the Service Manager may also involve supporting the administrative duties of the General Manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the service team (Service Advisor, Reception, Service& Express Lube etc.) in assisting and maintaining reports, records, schedules
  • Track and update staff vacation and hours
  • Assist the service management team in preparing monthly kick-off meetings and daily kick-off meetings
  • Assist with health and safety documentation
  • Reconcile daily rental and tire storage invoices.
  • Perform administrative tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within an automotive dealership environment
  • Great work ethic with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent coaching and team-building skills
  • Professional customer service background
  • Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
